Self Catering (sleeps up to 20 people)

The best kind of tent for the sunny Lake District, this centrally heated 16th century barn has a dining-living room area and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for your group. Roomy, dry and comfortable, great space to socialise in after a day of activies or on the hills & Lakes. There are Five Sleeping Pods. Two are xl mega pods with 2 double beds & 2 singles sleep up to 6. Two additional Pods sleep up to 3 people each and futons are provided.  The 5th sleeping pod has 2 beds.  There are 2 showers and toilets.
Please bring pillows, bedding/sleeping bags and towels as they are not provided and therefore must be brought by yourselves.  For a group size over 20 there are no other bedrooms so the living area doubles up as a sleeping area. For any extras (over 22 people) you must bring a portable camp bed/mattress and bedding.

​As the farm is surrounded by some of the best walking country in the Lake District, this accommodation is popular with walkers throughout the year and also makes a great base for those wanting to take part in our activities. Close by are some of the greatest walks in the country from the strenuous hikes of Blencathra to the gentle meanders along Aira Force.

Prices

£695.00  – 2 night stay for up to 14 people.

For Fridays and Saturdays a minimum 2-night stay applies.

£335.00  – For the 3rd and subsequent nights for up to 14 people.

For 1 night stays mid-week, please ask for a quote.

For groups exceeding 12 guests a supplement rate of £17.50 per person per night applies.

Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10.30am.

Our Accommodation does not have the facility for charging Electric Vehicles. Any one found to be doing so will be asked to leave the premises. There are dedicated charge points in the near by town of Penrith. (9 miles away)
