Our comfortable and cosy 16th century barn conversion sleeps up to 8 in comfort.

The cottage has an open plan living and kitchen area with underfloor heating and large double doors out onto the patio at the rear. Comfy Sofas and a well appointed kitchen make it the perfect place to spend an evening looing out over beautiful views of the Lake District. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 1 king size, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 with a single and 3/4 double.

Fell Prices  –

£600.00 – 1 night stay (1 night not available Friday or Saturday night).*

£950.00 – 2 night stay

£1,270.00 – 3 night stay

£1,625.00- 4 night stay (midweek)

£1,680.00 – 4 night stay (over a weekend)

£2,650.00 – 7 night stay (A 7 night stay could start any day except Sat)

Christmas & New Year – min charge 5 nights

The prices quoted are for the whole accommodation centre not per person.

Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10.30am.

The price includes heating, gas, electricity, pillows, duvets, linen and towels.
